The Anti-Human Trafficking Sub-Committee brings together organizations directly responding to the issue of Human Trafficking in Waterloo Region.

The Anti-Human Trafficking Sub-Committee will focus its attention on: 

• Improving service coordination
• Developing protocols and referral paths
• Identifying gaps in services and areas for improvement
• Sharing program updates among members
• Sharing professional development and training opportunities
• Amplifying and promoting member’s programs and services
  • Understanding each member’s mandates and voiding duplication and competition among members
• Providing support and networking
• Anonymous case review and problem-solving
